Size given in the design title is the minimum hoop size needed, not the size of the design itself.

This listing includes one Notebook Cover design. The Notebook Cover fits the Mini Composition Book that measures 4 1/2" x 3 1/4" which are easily found on Amazon and many other places.

You should have a hoop that measures at least 5"x7", a smaller hoop may work, but I will not guarantee that.  Just look at the file name and you will see the minimum hoop size needed.

I cannot guarantee the quality if you change the size of this design.
