Size given in the design title is the minimum hoop size needed, not the size of the design itself.

Each bag is fully lined so that no embroidery shows on the inside.

You should have a hoop that measures at least the size indicated by the files name to stitch this design, a smaller hoop may work, but I will not guarantee that.

I cannot guarantee the quality if you change the size of this design.
